This Helps us gather a plan, more understanding of what area(s) to pin point, and focus on to build you up to reach your goals. I believe self love promotes healing inside the body weather its health issues or in your mind. its like I offer a mental massage. If you have a kink in your back and it bothers you, your not at your best no matter how much you try to ignore it. As it will effect your performance physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Also, because your back hurts it will cause other areas of your body to hurt (physically),
you could have mood swing because your body is in pain (emotionally),
and you will be distracted due to focusing on the pain instead of life in front of you (mentally )

As a humans that's always seen humans from the inside out instead of the outside in.
I decided to help others .
The first step is wanting help.
As if you don't want to help your self their is nothing I can do for you, I apologize I am not a fairy.
First step is admitting to yourself you have a problem.
or even genuinely wanting to know if you do.
As we have all had to take a good look in the mirror.
that means self evaluate and go deep.
If you can't or don't want do it alone then that's why I'm here.
I will be like your diary and let you tell me your thoughts just be ready for my feed back / honest opinion as they say.
Keep in mind I have taken this journey myself before I offered my services to the public. So, I will be able to help you from a been their before stand point. You are not alone life is hard. Some times we are our own worst enemy I'm here to help you face your self and come out better and stronger on the other side.
I will hold your hand till you no longer need my assistance on your journey.
As I have taken many classes to learn how to understand better and to their for better help you as I have dedicated my life to helping others I can only hope you can grow from what I have to offer. Also, I hope what I have to offer can help set you free from chains you or other people have put on you.
